Grinding and filtering was a success and did not affect Glow in the Dark properties. I got it to sub 50 micron particle size and that should suffice for my current applications. I can push it further to sub 25 microns if needed.

XTC3D+GlowWorm Pros: Increases glow-in-the-dark-ness and increases strength Cons: Particle size too large. Need to pulverize and filter into finer powder.  As a result this left ‘pooled’ concentrations of GlowWorm that added cool accents to the design. However, surface is very rough and gritty, requires a second coating of only XTC3D to smooth over model. Conclusion: Initial results are promising and prompt further experiments.
